The service

Kalearnda is an education company. This agreement covers JambPoint, its mobile exam practice app. JambPoint turns past exam papers into practice sessions and timed mock exams, tracks your progress, keeps your mistakes for revision, and unlocks achievement badges and streaks.

Accounts

An account is required to use the app. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

Your account is personal. Do not share your credentials, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use JambPoint for lawful, personal exam preparation only. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and do not attempt to access another user's account or data.

You remain responsible for your conduct while using the app, including any content you submit such as your display name or profile photo.

Subscriptions & payments

Parts of the service may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by PocketFi in Naira (NGN); we do not store your card details.

If a payment fails or is cancelled, premium features may be suspended until your subscription is active again. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its exam, study and practice content are the property of JambPoint or its content providers and are protected by applicable laws.

Your learning data — attempts, scores, mistakes and progress — remains yours. You grant us the right to store and process it to provide the service.

Third-party services

JambPoint relies on trusted providers for core functions: Clerk for authentication, Cloudinary for profile photos, a managed cloud database for storage, and PocketFi for payments. Each provider processes only the data needed to perform its function under its own terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

JambPoint is a practice tool and does not guarantee any exam outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JambPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account, which removes your personal data and learning history.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
