Overview
Kalearnda is an education company. This policy covers its products, including the JambPoint exam-practice app, and explains what information they collect, why it is collected, and the choices you have.
By creating an account you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
Account details: your email address and name, provided when you register or sign in.
Profile content: your display name, profile photo (if you upload one) and the program you pin as active.
Learning activity: exam attempts, practice sessions, individual answers, scores, bookmarked questions and study streaks. This is what makes your progress tracking, mistake redo rounds and achievements possible.
How we use it
To deliver the service: score your attempts, track best scores and mastery, build your mistake list, unlock achievements and keep your history in sync across devices.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
Authentication is handled by Clerk, so your password is never stored on our servers.
Profile photos are uploaded to Cloudinary and stored as a hosted link.
App data is stored on a managed cloud database. Each provider processes only the data needed to perform its function.
Security & retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to our systems is restricted.
Your learning data is kept while your account is active so your history and streaks remain intact. If you ask us to delete your account, your personal data and learning history are removed.
Your choices
You can update your name and profile photo at any time from the Profile tab, remove saved bookmarks, and switch or unpin your program.
To export or permanently delete your account data, reach out to us and we will action it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will reflect them here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
